We are seeking a Closing Coordinator to provide file processing assistance to our Escrow Officers and Attorneys. Responsibilities Intake new closing and title orders. Gather all information necessary to start file preparation Order payoffs and searches. Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, escrow officers, and other title companies to advance the file. Support the Escrow Offices Assist in pre and post Closing Duties. Provide strong phone, email and in person communications. Communicate effectively with clients to explain closing procedures, answer questions, and provide updates throughout the file. Skills Proven experience real estate transacations, from the title and settlement industry, mortgage industry or real estate brokerage industry. Basic math skills necessary for accurate calculations related to loans and escrow accounts. Familiarity with TILA regulations, contracts management, and fair housing laws to ensure compliance at every step. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using title processing software and 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry. Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
