We are seeking a motivated team player who has a minimum of 2 years experience.

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:

Ability to take ownership of the loan from disclosures to closing without being managed. Knowledge of government and conventional guidelines. Recent and consistent experience with DU and LP Thorough knowledge of loan processing, credit policies, closing policies, approval processes, documentation requirements, underwriting requirements, government agency requirements, mortgage terminology and automated processing experience. Strong PC skills (MS Office) required Knowledge of federal lending regulations governing residential real estate lending. Ability to meet crucial deadlines. Assume responsibility for daily production needs of the company. Direct communication with clients. Good attitude that contributes to a positive work environment is a must. Ensure confidentiality of all credit information. Demonstrate ability to respond to changing departmental needs. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all policies and procedures and ability to reference them from appropriate guideline reference tools. Excellent communication skills MLO License a plus, but not required.

Bilingual:

English and Spanish, preferred, but not required.
