Responsibilities Assist with loan origination processes by gathering and verifying borrower information, ensuring completeness and accuracy of application packages Support underwriters by preparing credit analysis reports, reviewing financial documents, and conducting preliminary risk assessments in accordance with guidelines Process loan documentation while adhering to regulatory requirements such as TILA and Fair Housing regulations Perform basic math calculations related to loan amounts, interest rates, and amortization schedules using 10-key typing skills for data entry accuracy Maintain organized records of all loan files, correspondence, and compliance documentation in accordance with bank policies Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries related to loan status, documentation requirements, and general banking procedures Experience Prior experience within the financial services industry is highly preferred Knowledge of compliance standards is essential for accurate processing Strong understanding of credit analysis techniques and loan processing steps Proficiency in banking software systems, contracts management, escrow procedures, and basic math skills required Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry (including 10 key typing) Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service while supporting clients' financial aspirations.
