Loan Processor

Applications:

Receive, review and process loan documentation for application closing. Consumer, commercial, UCC filing or mortgage. Knowledge of real estate documents.

Document Preparation:

Prepare loan documentation for new, renewed, modified and paid- off loans. Data entry into the system about the loan details, scan and file all related loan documents. Maintain accurate and update system and physical files. Process loan disbursements, payments and payoff requests. Monitor escrow accounts, ensure insurance policies are current. Communicate accurate loan inquiries, account balances and payoff figures. Attention to details, strong numerical skills, excellent written/verbal communications skills and ability to work under pressure. Perform various duties to assist in processing and servicing of loan documents in all areas as applicable. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
