Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize the CRM to enter data and track the progress of each loan file
- Communicate with customers and vendors, as well as collaborate with various internal departments
- Main point of contact between syndicated banks to clear stipulations and oversee the funding of the deal
- Coordinate and prepare loan closing packages
Required Work Experience:
Previous experience as a funder/loan processor in the equipment finance industry and/or mortgage industry is a plus, but not neededSkills:
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must be able to work on multiple files at once
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Needs to have a positive and helpful attitude
