Position Overview:
The Loan Administrative Partner provides administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily workflow within the branch. This role manages calendars and email communication, maintains lead and database systems, coordinates appointments and follow‑up activities, and supports branch operations through organized communication, documentation, and event coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule all appointments for the Team Leader, including new lead consultations and additional appointments for the Loan Originator. Confirm all appointments. Take all incoming calls. Support the Team Leader by managing email organization, time‑blocking activities, call scheduling, and overall calendar coordination. Manage marketing materials such as thank‑you notes, birthday announcements, and gifting. Update the database on the first business day of each month to reflect all closed loans. Conduct 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day follow‑up calls for all closed loans. Coordinate monthly events such as happy hours and lunch-and-learns. Complete and maintain branch-assigned checklists, files, and analyses within allotted branch deadlines. Available to work varying hours and overtime as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with Encompass, preferred. Knowledge of RESPA, all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, and loan documents, preferred. Excellent math and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Skilled in managing priorities and meeting established deadlines. Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows.
