Qualifications:

High learning agility and the ability to quickly adapt to new concepts, procedures, and processes. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and multi-tasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using Windows-based computer systems, including basic Microsoft Excel, web browser-based tools, and troubleshooting. Reliable and consistent accuracy and detail orientation. Excellent problem-solving skills for complex inquiries and requests. Previous customer service experience required; experience in the retirement industry preferred but not mandatory. Experience working in a financial institution office or professional environment for 3+ years.

Additional Requirements:

100% on site with no option for remote work. Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes and work additional hours if needed. Ability to take on additional tasks as needed. Punctuality, dependability, and the ability to respond well to feedback. High level of honesty, integrity, and ethical standards. Communicate respectfully and professionally.

Gather and assess information efficiently and effectively. Read, interpret, and act on instructions provided by investors and financial advisors with a high degree of accuracy. Create clear and concise written notes to document work performed when necessary. Work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate sound judgment in resolving moderate complexity matters.
