Job Description

Title Processor / Closing Coordinator Fairfax, VA | $75K-$85K (DOE) We've partnered with a growing real estate settlement and title organization seeking a detail-oriented Title Processor / Closing Coordinator to support residential closing operations in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple files, coordinating with lenders and real estate professionals, and helping ensure smooth closings from start to finish. Responsibilities Manage residential closing files from contract through closing Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, sellers, and attorneys Order HOA information, payoffs, and supporting documentation Prepare Closing Disclosures (CDs) and settlement statements Handle title curative items and resolve file issues as needed Balance and review files prior to closing Monitor shared inboxes and respond to status inquiries Support scanning, filing, and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications 2+ years of title, escrow, settlement, or real estate closing experience Strong experience working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience using Qualia strongly preferred Knowledge of Closing Disclosures (CD) and ALTA Settlement Statements Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities Why This Opportunity?
