Job Description

Job Summary:
The Escrow Representative is responsible for quality control procedures, the processing and handling of daily transactions and direct assistance with clients, as well as assisting with other research and miscellaneous escrow projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Quality control and audit procedures Assist with client case management tasks Create and distribute escrow reports Data entry or research projects as assigned Assist with daily tasks and client requests. Performs other related duties and supports other departments as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Ability to follow detailed instructions for recurring tasks Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent Insurance knowledge is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
