The Construction Funding Specialist I is responsible for various functions performed during the construction of commercial, agricultural, single-family, multi-family, and other types of structures. These functions include but are not limited to draw request reviews and funding. As a Construction Funding Specialist I, you will: Collect the necessary documentation from title companies, builders, lenders, and appraisers to ensure complete information and authorization for the draw has been obtained. Analyze the draw request to monitor construction progress and mitigate risk for customer and bank. Order progress inspections from appraisers as needed. Provide your analysis and request approval from lenders where applicable. Work with wire department or frontline to fund draw requests, or fund internal accounts directly. Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet. Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 1-year relevant experience. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills High degree of accuracy Self-motivated, resourceful, and strong work ethic Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.
