Overview Responsible for processing residential mortgage applications in accordance with company and investor policies and requirements, to meet compliance, commitment, and closing dates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor loan application pipelines to initiate vendor orders including but not limited to appraisals, title work, flood certificates, tax transcripts. Engage borrowers at determined milestones, including but not limited to Welcome, Conditional Approval, Follow-up, and Final Approval. Oversee assigned loan application pipeline to ensure all compliance, commitment, and closing dates are met within determined Service Level Agreement timelines. Organize and prioritize workload to manage timely re/submissions to underwriting and closing. Reviews documentation provided by borrowers and third parties within determined Service Level Agreement timelines. Communicate regularly with Loan Officers and borrowers to keep all parties updated on status of each loan application. Proactively resolve transactions concerns with impacted parties, including but not limited to internal partners, borrowers, vendors, Realtors, Builders. Prepare and deliver notifications for withdrawn and denied loan applications. Confirm adherence and compliance with applicable bank, regulatory and investor Maintain current knowledge of lending products, systems, and processes.REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
High School graduate or College-level coursework preferred. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and Windows-based software. Previous mortgage experience preferred Must be comfortable and able to work in a fast paced environment. Come as you are.
