Job Description
Knight Barry Title is seeking a Commercial Closing Assistant in Madison, WI! This individual will assist the closing department with closing tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter new commercial orders into the database. Create new files for the closing department. Assist with post-closing as needed. Process payments and submit closing documents for recording. Perform other various administrative duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Analytical ability sufficient to perform tasks that are varied and short term requiring concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively with others, meet deadlines, and perform routine tasks in a timely manner. Ability to operate office machines such as a copier, calculator, reader/printer, or other similar equipment. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, in person, and by telephone. General Indepth knowledge of real estate transactions and title searching preferred. Including ability to extrapulate data from transactional real estate documents and the capability to navigate GIS land mapping.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSING
High school graduation/equivalent with a minimum two years of experience in the real estate industry.
