Night Auditor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overnight front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining accurate financial records. Prior hotel experience and multilingual skills are highly valued. Duties Perform nightly audits of hotel financial transactions, including billing and accounting procedures Check-in and check-out guests efficiently while providing exceptional customer service Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Manage multi-line phone systems and respond to guest or staff communications promptly Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming during overnight hours Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions Follow established phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and staff Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for new arrivals Skills Strong background in hospitality management, hotel management, or related fields Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively Experience with night audit procedures and front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and maintaining professional phone etiquette Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of hospitality software systems is a plus Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members This position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in night shift roles dedicated to guest experience excellence.
