In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, balancing guest services with administrative responsibilities to maintain the highest standards of hospitality. Your proactive approach will support guest satisfaction, safeguard hotel assets, and uphold operational excellence during the overnight hours. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with professionalism and warmth. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and resolving guest inquiries with a friendly attitude. Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial reports. Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing information or directing calls as needed while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions to ensure smooth handovers. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight guest requests or property issues promptly. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a front desk or night audit role. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest services, hotel policies, and security procedures. Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and attention to detail in record keeping. Previous experience working in resort or large hotel environments is advantageous.
