Night Auditor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing night audits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong hospitality management skills and have experience in hotel operations. Duties Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining excellent guest relations. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift. Process payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and hotel property. Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in hotel management or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in night audit procedures and practices. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Excellent guest services skills with a knack for building positive relationships with guests. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in reporting.
