Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guests and our hotel's operational excellence during overnight hours. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival or departure, providing outstanding customer service and addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage all front desk operations during night shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records while maintaining confidentiality and integrity Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or special needs with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access to the property, and conducting safety inspections of public areas Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and nightly summaries to ensure smooth handovers to morning staff Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling inquiries via phone or email in multiple languages if applicable Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse guests effectively Strong understanding of guest relations, customer service principles, and hospitality best practices Experience working night shifts or in roles requiring attention to detail during overnight hours is beneficial Join us as a Night Auditor and become an essential part of delivering memorable guest experiences around the clock!
