Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our vibrant hotel. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or departing early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our front desk and administrative functions. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence during the overnight shift. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls efficiently. Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, including billing, reservations, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy. Prepare detailed reports on daily financials, occupancy, and guest feedback to support management decision-making. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly with a positive attitude, fostering guest relations. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and resolve issues swiftly. Uphold hotel policies on phone etiquette, guest confidentiality, and service standards to enhance overall guest experience. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a night audit or overnight role. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems to streamline operations. Knowledge of hospitality best practices, guest services standards, and hotel security procedures. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial audits and reporting tasks. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining a positive attitude during overnight hours. Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments is highly desirable.
