Answer phones and questions. Whether it's a wake-up call or the best taco in town, you've got the info. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance. Teamwork makes the dream work. Solve problems on the fly. Room key not working? Need extra pillows? You're the hero they'll remember. Take payments and handle reservations. Accurately, efficiently, and with a smile.
