Job Description
If you thrive in the quiet hours, enjoy working with numbers, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest service, Stonebreaker Hotel in Fayetteville, Arkansas may have the perfect opportunity for you. Combining historic charm with modern hospitality, Stonebreaker Hotel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to help ensure both our guest experience and daily financial operations run smoothly overnight. As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for verifying and balancing financial transactions and records from various hotel departments, reconciling daily cash receipts, and preparing summary reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency across hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in general business, accounting, or vocational office training, along with experience working with the public. The ability to multitask and adapt is essential, as the Night Auditor also assists at the front desk—welcoming late-night arrivals, supporting guest needs, and helping create a positive and memorable stay experience. If you have at least three (3) months of bookkeeping, auditing, or general accounting experience and understand the fundamentals of reconciling accounts, reviewing guest folios for accuracy, and maintaining organized financial records—and you recognize the importance of outstanding hospitality service—this could be an excellent fit for you. Stonebreaker Hotel is proudly managed by MMI Hotel Group, a company rooted in hospitality excellence and service for more than 69 years. If you are looking to join a team that values professionalism, warmth, and authentic guest experiences, we encourage you to apply today. MMI fosters a work environment that is inclusive as well as diverse, where team members are encouraged to be themselves. MMI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a member of E-Verify. All qualified applicants, including minorities, women, protected veterans, and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
