Assistant General Manager Your Mission:
As a Night Auditor, you're the overnight MVP—the solo star who keeps things running smoothly while the city sleeps. You'll check guests in and out, balance the books, and keep the energy chill but on point. You're equal parts number-cruncher, guest guru, and after-hours problem-solver.
What You'll Do:
Be the face of The Stonebreaker overnight—greeting late arrivals and early risers with warmth and confidence Perform all front desk duties: check-ins, check-outs, folio reviews, room moves, etc. Audit daily hotel transactions and reports to ensure accuracy Prepare, balance, and submit night audit paperwork and system rollovers Monitor safety and security—know when to vibe and when to escalate Tidy up lobby and public spaces to keep the place fresh Respond to guest needs
What We're Looking For:
Reliable, independent, and ready to own the shift solo Detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers, systems, and reports Hospitality experience a plus, but we'll train the right person Comfortable working overnight shifts Friendly and confident communicator—even at 3 a.m.
