  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. This position requires a strong background in hospitality management and excellent customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. The Night Auditor will be responsible for balancing financial transactions, managing front desk operations, and addressing guest inquiries. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing outstanding guest services. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations using hotel management software. Handle phone systems effectively, responding to calls with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction. Prepare reports on daily activities, occupancy rates, and revenue for management review. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is advantageous. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment.
