Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or departing early, managing guest accounts, and maintaining the safety and security of the property. Your proactive attitude and excellent customer service skills will contribute to memorable guest experiences around the clock. This paid position offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in hotel management while working in a lively, fast-paced environment that values hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with late check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries, providing exceptional guest services with a friendly demeanor Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy Prepare detailed shift reports covering guest activities, incidents, and operational issues for management review Monitor security cameras and conduct routine inspections of the property to maintain safety standards Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and directing calls appropriately Assist with front desk duties such as reservations, room assignments, and guest requests during overnight hours Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and efficiently Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Proficiency in front desk procedures, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of night audit processes, hotel management software, and resort operations is a plus Exceptional communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Must be able to work 3pm-11pm & 11:00pm-7:00am Shifts. Must be available to train on all 3 shifts. 7:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-11:00pm, and 11:00pm-7:00am.
