Part-time Night Auditor(Saturday & Sunday) Holiday Inn Glendale, AZ Job Details Part-time | Full-time $16 - $17 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Bilingual Hospitality Multilingual High school diploma or GED Guest services Phone etiquette Hotel experience Full Job Description The Night Auditor works at the front desk of a hotel during the night, and they must ensure that the quality and integrity of the establishment are maintained just as diligently as they are during the day. Your contributions to the team help make our guests feel welcomed from the moment they first encounter your genuine smile and helpful attitude, especially in those overnight hours. You overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work and compiles information for hotel's financial records.
  • Post room charges and room taxes to guests' accounts. Processes guest credit card vouchers.
  • Check all Codes for miscoding and advance purchases for advance payment postings.
  • Prepares summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day.
  • Tracks rooms' revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics.
  • Prepares and sends daily operations reports to management.
  • Back-up computer system files, close system, run end of day and close day.
  • Generally, as likely the only staff member working at the hotel during the night shift, be cognizant of possible security and maintenance issues that may affect the guests and hotel.
  • Verifies all postings and balances.

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
