Night Auditor

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
• Handle guest requests, such as room changes or additional amenities
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and other relevant data
• Ensure the safety and security of guests by following hotel procedures and protocols
• Assist with night audit procedures, including reviewing and correcting discrepancies in guest accounts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with hotel phone systems and phone etiquette
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
