Full-Time Night Auditor Holiday Inn Express Show Low Full-Time | Overnight Shift 9PM to 7AM Friday to Sunday 1st week and Friday through Monday 2nd week. Job Summary Holiday Inn Express in Show Low is seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Full-Time Night Auditor to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service during overnight hours while completing daily accounting and reporting tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and overnight requests Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions professionally Balance daily transactions, post charges, and complete end-of-day reports Handle reservations and process payments Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Monitor hotel security and guest safety during overnight hours Assist with light housekeeping or breakfast setup as needed Assist with laundry as needed Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred Basic computer and cash-handling skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently overnight Dependable attendance and professional attitude Weekend and holiday availability required Benefits Competitive pay Hotel employee discounts Supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming experience for guests, we'd love to hear from you!
