Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure our guests experience seamless service during overnight hours. In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and departures, managing guest accounts, handling inquiries, and maintaining the safety and security of our property. Your enthusiasm for hospitality management and guest relations will help create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management while working in a vibrant resort setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor Manage the night audit process by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating guest accounts, and preparing reports for management Handle all front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, offering solutions with excellent phone etiquette and guest service skills Monitor security cameras, conduct routine safety checks, and ensure the safety of guests and staff during overnight hours Address guest concerns or complaints efficiently, demonstrating strong guest relations skills to resolve issues positively Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all hotel policies are followed consistently Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus for communicating with diverse guests Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in a resort or hotel environment Familiarity with night audit procedures, front desk operations, and hotel management software systems Strong communication skills including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality setting with an emphasis on guest relations and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security Embark on this rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences! Pay:
$15.40 - $15.45 per hour
