This dynamic position combines the responsibilities of managing the front desk during nighttime hours with preparing and serving breakfast to our valued guests. Duties Oversee overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, guest requests, and internal communications with courteous phone etiquette Prepare and serve breakfast offerings in accordance with hotel standards, ensuring a warm and inviting dining experience Assist guests with special requests, provide local information, and promote hotel amenities to enhance their stay Maintain security protocols by monitoring the premises during night hours and ensuring guest safety at all times Complete detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Skills Strong background in hospitality management, hotel management, or related customer service roles within resort or hotel environments Bilingual or multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests from around the world Proven experience in night audit procedures and front desk operations within a hotel setting Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and proper phone etiquette for professional communication Ability to handle guest concerns promptly while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Familiarity with hospitality software systems and hotel management tools is preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference!
