They also have all of the duties and responsibilities of guest service agents for conducting the business of the hotel's front office, including customer service, record-keeping, telephone operations, guest transportation, reservations taking, and other related activities. Night auditors perform as the hotel's manager-on-duty in the absence of another supervisor. We are looking for a diligent full-time night auditor/guest service agent, committed to working the weekend shifts, Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 P.M. - 7:30 A.M. for night audit and all other days in the week as a guest service agent, preferably afternoon shifts. Basic customer service/front desk experience or night audit experience in a hospitality setting is an advantage.
