Full Job Description Front Desk Work Experience:

Customer Service Education:

High School Diploma and up

Job Responsibilities:

Guest Services, Check-in and Check out procedures, Processing future reservations, Accommodates special requests whenever possible, Understands and adheres to proper credit card, and cash handling policies and procedures. Uses proper telephone etiquette, and Night Audit account reporting, etc... Must be available for flexible hours. Monday to Sunday. Available to work/train all 3 shifts. Requires knowledge of basic office equipment, ability to learn the required computer system and/or has PEP system computer training and procedures including the operation of a multi-line telephone system. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary. Must have valid driver's license and must be over 18 years of age. Please apply in person.
