In this vital role, you will oversee overnight operations, ensure accurate financial record-keeping, and provide outstanding guest services during the night shift. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the face of our hotel during evening hours while maintaining smooth front desk operations. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while providing friendly and professional customer service. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction. Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to maintain a secure environment. Prepare detailed reports on daily financial activities, incident logs, and maintenance issues for management review. Balance accounts and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift following hotel procedures. Assist with front desk duties such as answering multi-line phone systems, making reservations, and updating guest information. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse guests. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and manage guest relations effectively. Experience working in a resort or hotel environment is desirable. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate financial reconciliation.
