Part-Time Night Auditor (Overnight Front Desk) - Hotel Hospitality

Starting $22 per hour

SUMMARY :
Seeking reliable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Night Auditors to join our hospitality team. This overnight hotel position combines front desk guest service responsibilities with night audit accounting duties to ensure smooth hotel operations during overnight hours. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hotel front desk operations, hospitality, customer service, overnight shifts, accounting, or guest services who enjoy working independently while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
: Provide outstanding customer service to hotel guests during overnight hours. Greet, check in, and check out guests in a professional and friendly manner. Answer guest questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive hotel experience. Perform overnight front desk and Night Audit duties accurately and efficiently. Balance daily hotel revenue, accounting transactions, and financial reports. Complete nightly audit procedures using the Lightspeed Property Management System (PMS). Review reservations, prepare next-day arrivals, and organize guest information. Generate accounting, financial, and operational reports for hotel leadership. Complete all overnight shift checklists and maintain accurate documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby environment. Communicate important updates and guest information with hotel management and team members.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, Night Audit, customer service, or guest services preferred. Ability to work overnight shifts independently and responsibly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with accounting and financial reporting. Dependable attendance, punctuality, and professionalism required. Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment. Basic computer skills and experience using hotel reservation or property management systems preferred. Experience with Lightspeed PMS is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
