Qualifications:

At least 1 year of hospitality experience, audit experience is highly preferred Holiday Inn (IHG) experience or Opera PMS system knowledge highly preferred Ability to work independently for long hours Effective in solving guest concerns Ability to work independently under stressful conditions such as emergency situations. Knowledge of financial transactions and basic accounting principles Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Check in/Check out guests Assist guests over the phone and in person. Collect payment and handle cash. Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers. Maintain regular punctual attendance as scheduled, overnight shift starts at 11:00PM and ends at 7:30AM. Complete daily night audit checklist in its entirety, including food and beverage reports. Initiate and successfully complete end of day operations. Attend department meetings as needed. Work hand in hand with security team to ensure the safety of staff and guests at all times. Perform any other duties as requested by management. '
