This part-time, overnight position is ideal for someone who works well independently and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly during the late hours. You'll be the friendly face for late-arriving guests and the person responsible for closing out each day accurately. What You'll Do Perform the nightly audit process, balancing and closing daily revenue for all departments Reconcile room charges, food and beverage, and other revenue postings; resolve discrepancies before end of shift Check in late-arriving guests and process departures with warmth and efficiency Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns during overnight hours Monitor hotel security and safety, escalating incidents according to property protocol Prepare and distribute morning reports for department heads and management Process no-shows and ensure accurate billing for all reservations Maintain an accurate cash drawer and complete end-of-shift drop procedures What We're Looking For Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred; hospitality background a plus Familiarity with Hilton PEP property management system is a strong advantage Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and reconciliation Professional, composed demeanor when handling guest needs independently Reliable availability for overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and property reporting tools Commitment to Hilton service standards and brand values What We Offer Competitive hourly pay, commensurate with experience Hilton Team Member Travel Program - discounted hotel stays worldwide A supportive, close-knit team environment at a well-established property Opportunity to grow within the Hilton brand How to Apply Submit your resume through Indeed, or apply in person at the DoubleTree by Hilton Fullerton, 2932 Nutwood Ave, Fullerton, CA 92831.
