Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing outstanding customer service. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring prompt responses to guest calls. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to guests. Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations throughout the night. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel operations. Proficiency in night audit procedures and financial reporting. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services in a hotel or resort setting. Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage various tasks simultaneously.
