Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will oversee overnight front desk operations, ensure the accuracy of daily financial transactions, and provide exceptional guest services during the night shift. Your proactive approach will help maintain the smooth functioning of the hotel while delivering a welcoming and professional experience for our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our nightly operations, combining hospitality management with administrative precision. Duties Manage all front desk activities during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and account reconciliation Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive guest experience Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property Maintain detailed records of daily transactions, incidents, and shift reports Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing information or directing calls appropriately Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and preparing reports for management Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Proficiency in front desk procedures, including guest relations and phone etiquette Experience with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel accounting practices Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and guest interactions
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
