Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
• Manage phone systems, answering calls and directing them to the appropriate department or staff member
• Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy of financial records
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Assist with resolving guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests
• Proficient in operating phone systems and basic computer software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays Please note that this is a night shift position.
