Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk/Night Auditor, where your energy and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests during evening hours. This pivotal role combines the responsibilities of guest check-in and check-out, ensuring seamless operations at the front desk while also managing the night audit process to verify daily financial transactions. Duties Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle all guest inquiries via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Conduct the night audit by reviewing daily financial transactions, balancing accounts, and preparing detailed reports to ensure accuracy Maintain guest records, update reservations, and manage room assignments with attention to detail Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, ensuring guest satisfaction and fostering positive guest relations Monitor security of the property during night hours, including CCTV surveillance and routine safety checks to ensure a secure environment Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a focus on front desk operations or night audit functions Bilingual or multilingual abilities that enhance guest interactions and improve communication with diverse clientele Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of hotel experience protocols, guest services, and resort operations preferred Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of professionalism and attention to detail Familiarity with hospitality software systems and basic accounting principles related to hotel operations This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our hospitality services, ensuring every guest's stay is smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.
