This energetic position combines guest relations, administrative duties, and security responsibilities to provide exceptional service and maintain the safety and integrity of the property. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact during the overnight shift, delivering top-notch customer service while managing front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for our guests while supporting the overall success of our hotel. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident reports, and guest feedback logs Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to ensure guest safety and hotel security Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, adhering to hotel standards for presentation and hygiene Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests Familiarity with hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and reservation platforms is advantageous Knowledge of hospitality management principles, guest relations, and phone etiquette is essential Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Experience in resort or large hotel environments will be considered an asset Join us as a Night Auditor and become an integral part of our vibrant hospitality team!
