In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and early-morning departures, ensuring smooth operations while delivering exceptional guest services. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management expertise while making a positive impact on our guests' stay. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Manage phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, responding promptly to guest inquiries and reservation requests. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial reports to maintain operational integrity. Handle guest concerns or complaints with tact and professionalism, resolving issues swiftly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain front desk operations during overnight hours, including processing reservations, updating guest information, and managing key control. Perform security checks of the property, including surveillance monitoring and ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout the motel. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and uphold high standards of hospitality management. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality roles, particularly in front desk or guest services positions. Strong knowledge of hospitality principles, hotel operations, and guest relations best practices. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Experience with night audit procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Prior hotel experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
