About Us:
The Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Denver International Airport serves guests traveling through Denver with reliable accommodations and a high level of customer service. We are seeking a dependable and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team on a stable 32-hour per week schedule , with the possibility of additional hours during peak summer months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or continue their career in hospitality with a respected national brand.
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out in a courteous, efficient manner. Handle cash, credit, and incidental authorizations accurately and securely. Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or issues with professionalism. Communicate room status updates to housekeeping and maintenance teams. Answer phones, manage in-house reservations, and assist with third-party bookings. Coordinate and track shuttle service requests to and from the airport. Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk and lobby area. Perform daily reports, shift checklists, and security walkthroughs (especially for overnight shifts).
Qualifications:
Prior hotel or front desk experience preferred but not required. Ability to work independently during evening and overnight hours. Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software (PMS). Professional, punctual, and dependable work ethic is essential. Must be available for the listed schedule and able to pick up extra shifts during summer if needed.
Working Conditions:
Standing for long periods throughout the shift. Occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds. High guest interaction in a busy front desk environment. Why Join Our Team?
