Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while managing front desk responsibilities. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will help maintain a welcoming environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency throughout the overnight hours. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hotel management skills and passion for hospitality in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during the night shift Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and local attractions Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records Monitor security cameras and conduct safety inspections to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and nightly summaries to ensure smooth handovers to morning staff Address guest needs promptly, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest relations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area while adhering to hotel policies and procedures Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with night audit responsibilities Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Excellent phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is preferred Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences with enthusiasm and professionalism! Pay:
$19.50 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
