Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a weekend Part Time Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, maintain accurate financial records, and provide exceptional guest services during the quiet nighttime hours. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth experience Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems and uphold excellent phone etiquette Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks of the property during overnight hours Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial reconciliations, incident logs, and guest requests Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Maintain accurate records of all transactions, reservations, and guest interactions in hotel management systems Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight guest needs or safety concerns Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably as a night auditor or in a similar role Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and courteously Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Knowledge of hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and clear verbal interaction with guests and team members Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high attention to detail Previous experience working in resort or hotel environments is preferred but not required This role offers an exciting chance to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where your contributions directly impact guest satisfaction.
