As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving or departing during the night shift, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing personalized solutions Verify and reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and billing adjustments Maintain accurate records of overnight activities through detailed shift reports and logs Monitor security systems and conduct routine safety checks to ensure guest and staff safety throughout the night Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries promptly and direct calls appropriately Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and special requests with attention to detail Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, with a strong focus on guest services Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel software systems, and basic accounting practices Exceptional guest relations skills to create memorable experiences for all visitors Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism Join us as a Night Auditor to deliver outstanding hospitality during the quiet hours of the night!
