Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing nightly audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent communication skills, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. •weekend availability required, please don't apply if you aren't available weekends•Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist guests with special requests and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Prepare daily reports for management review. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role preferred. Strong background in guest services and guest relations within the hospitality industry. Familiarity with night audit procedures is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on attention to detail. Proficient in front desk operations and hotel management software. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this is a plus for guest interactions. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with guests and staff. Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of service.
