Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Experienced Night Auditor to join our hospitality team, working exclusively from Sunday through Thursday on a full-time basis. In this vital role, you will serve as the overnight ambassador for our hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences, accurate financial reporting, and smooth operational flow during the night shift. Your expertise in hotel management and guest services will help create a welcoming environment that promotes guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Duties Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in guest billing and revenue reports. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Utilize multi-line phone systems to answer guest calls promptly, providing information or directing calls to appropriate departments. Maintain exceptional guest relations by addressing concerns efficiently and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Monitor security protocols by conducting CCTV surveillance, checking premises, and reporting any irregularities or safety issues. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication with daytime staff. Uphold phone etiquette standards and provide courteous service to all guests and visitors at all times. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in night audit roles. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest needs proactively and diplomatically. Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette is essential. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with various departments and ensure guest satisfaction. Knowledge of resort operations and guest relations strategies enhances service delivery.
