Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours, providing exceptional guest services while performing critical accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Duties Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent guest relations. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Maintain accurate records of room availability, rates, and reservations. Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during night shifts by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular checks. Assist with phone etiquette, handling calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel. Experience Previous experience in night audit or front desk operations within a hotel setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of guest services and hospitality management principles. Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse guests. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficient in phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries effectively.
