In this pivotal role, you will be the first line of contact for guests arriving during the night, managing front desk responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your expertise in hotel management and guest services will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring every guest's stay is memorable from check-in to check-out. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while providing exceptional service during the overnight shift. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with friendly, professional customer service Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and account settlements efficiently and accurately Monitor hotel security systems and conduct routine safety checks to ensure guest and staff safety Prepare detailed night audit reports, reconcile daily financial transactions, and update all relevant logs Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction and positive relations Maintain phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems for reservations, inquiries, and internal communication Support guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on night audit functions Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest experiences Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems preferred Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision Previous hotel experience in resort or luxury settings is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication to hospitality makes a difference!
