Overnight shift, weekends and holidays as needed Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hotel front office team. The Night Auditor is responsible for overnight guest service, front desk operations, balancing daily revenue, preparing reports, and ensuring the hotel remains secure and professionally managed during the overnight shift. This role requires someone who is dependable, organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during overnight hours with professionalism and courtesy. Complete guest check-ins, check-outs, room changes, and billing inquiries. Balance and audit daily room revenue, taxes, payments, and adjustments. Prepare and distribute nightly reports to management. Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and handle issues with sound judgment. Monitor lobby activity and coordinate with security or management as needed. Communicate overnight issues clearly to the morning team. Maintain front desk cleanliness, organization, and professional presentation. Follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and cash handling standards. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience required. Strong attention to detail and basic math/accounting skills. Comfortable using hotel property management systems. Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
