Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your role encompasses providing exceptional guest services, managing front desk responsibilities, and conducting night audits. Your core skills in customer service and hospitality will be vital in addressing guest inquiries and concerns. Additionally, your premium skills in hospitality management and bilingual communication will enhance guest relations, while your relevant experience with multi-line phone systems will ensure efficient communication. Join our team to create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining high standards of service. Tasks are included but not limited to: Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting. Report promptly to work at 11pm. Register and assign guests to hotel rooms using the Property Management System Establish method of payment and verify credit for check ins. Make and confirm reservations via phone and in person. Use the Property Management System to perform the night audit function including verification of payment and rate for all rooms. Transmit, receive messages, and wake up calls using telephones or PMS system. Reconcile credit card payments between the PMS and payment processor. Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner. Perform security and safety checks throughout the shift. Maintain safety of self, guests and company owned property at all times. Communication and documentation of vital shift information via email to other team members and General Manager every worked shift.
