Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee nightly operations at our front desk. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and prior hotel front desk experience. Familiarity with IHG systems is a definite plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist late-night guests with check-in/check-out Balance and audit daily hotel financial transactions Generate and distribute required nightly reports Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly Maintain security of guest areas and follow safety protocols Perform other front desk duties as needed

Requirements:

Previous hotel front desk experience is required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Prior IHG experience or knowledge of Opera, OnQ, or similar systems is a plus Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
